BEACH PARTY!

Our trip to Hawaii was amazing!  Everything about it was so spectacular it is hard to put into words.  The kids used their imaginations to board and fly in the plane, play on the beach, and swim in the ocean.  They also got the chance to search for shells in the sand, limbo, hula hoop, play beach bingo, play with beach balls, go fishing with their snack, and hula dance.  Yes, I said hula dance. :)  The flight home was a little longer than the flight there, so they got to watch a movie on the way back!  Looking around the room during the party made me feel such joy and I couldn't help but think that all of the effort that went into the beach party was well, well worth it.  It was a fabulous culmination to our ocean unit!  Enjoy the pictures of your little beach-goers!
