Let's Play! & Halloween
We have been super busy in kindergarten! I would like to share with you some photos from some activities we have been doing. I am a believer in play!!! Developmentally, research shows, that PLAY is how young children learn. I have been trying to incorporate more of it into our day. Two of the play centers I did recently were very, very fun for the kids, and incorporated TONS of math (we counted toppings, counted money, identified numbers and so much more!) We had a Pizza Hut and a Toy Store. We also used numbers as we played with LEGOS. It was so fun to watch them learn... and play. They were so engaged! Please enjoy the following photos! :)
